Welcome to the KE Uniforms online store. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. General

KE Uniforms is committed to providing quality school uniform products and a smooth shopping experience. All purchases made through our online store are subject to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Product Information

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for reference and general guidance. We regularly review our content to keep it aligned with current offerings. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Sizing

All products are based on Western (UK/US) sizing standards unless otherwise stated. We recommend referring to the size guides and individual product measurements, where applicable, before placing your order. KE Uniforms is not responsible for sizing issues once a product has been worn or used, unless due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

 

4. Old Stock Items (Legacy Uniforms)

KE Uniforms is currently offering a limited range of old stock items from a previous school uniform vendor. These items are clearly marked and are sold under the following conditions:

  • No exchange
  • No refunds
  • No warranty 
  • No quality guarantee

Please note that these items have not been inspected under KE Uniforms' current quality control standards or process. By purchasing these products, the customer accepts them in an “as-is condition”. We strongly recommend reviewing product details and sizing before purchase, as all sales of old stock items are final.


5. Returns & Exchanges on KE Uniform Products

For all regular (non-old stock) items, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • The return is initiated within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please contact our customer service team at info@keuniforms.com to initiate a return or exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Customised Products

Products that include customisation (e.g., name printing) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless found to be defective upon delivery.

Customer-provided information, such as names, will be printed exactly as entered during the order process. Depending on the confirmed design brief, names may be capitalized or formatted to match the approved layout. While we make every effort to catch potential input errors, we cannot guarantee corrections once an order is submitted.

Where there is a pre-agreement with the relevant sports department, jersey numbers or other identifiers will be automatically assigned by the sports department and/or KE Uniforms. In such cases, no negotiation or customer input regarding the selection or change of numbers or identifiers will be accepted.

 

7. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. For assistance, contact our customer support team by email (info@keuniforms.com) as soon as possible.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the school's local currency for domestic orders, and in US Dollars (USD) for international customers. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched. KE Uniforms reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice with the school’s / club’s concent.

10. Limitation of Liability

KE Uniforms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, sizing issues, shipping delays, or the condition of old stock items.
